Żerań Park I gained three new tenants in the first half of this year, leasing in total 7,500 sq m of space, a first in Warsaw Area I. The tenants include Coca Cola HBC, Denckermann and Imtech Poland. Żerań Park offers high-quality warehouse space for rent, a convenient location nearby Warsaw’s city centre and easy access to transit roads. The property is managed by AIG/Lincoln Poland and is owned by Heitman.

The Polish branch of Coca Cola HBC, which has been using only office space in Żerań Park I thus far, has now also rented approximately 1,400 sq m of warehouse space. The firm specializes in manufacturing and distribution of Coca Cola soft drinks. It is the world’s second largest bottler of these drinks in terms of sales, reaching millions of consumers in Europe.

Denckermann is renting approximately 3,000 sq m of warehouse space and another 300 sq m of office space. The company is scheduled to move into Żerań Park I in the second half of the year 2012. Its main areas of business are manufacturing and distribution of high-quality automotive parts, providing complex solutions for the automotive market.

Imtech Poland is renting 2,765 sq m of warehouse space and 150 sq m of office space. It manufactures and assembles technical and industrial installations in high-capacity spaces. Imtech Poland works mostly on effectively lowering energy use inside buildings. Imtech is known in Poland because of their involvement in the National Stadium in Warsaw.

Żerań Park I is a modern logistics park situated in the northern part of Warsaw, close to main transit roads. The project consists of four warehouse and office buildings totaling 54,800 sq m of space. 24/7 security and CCTV provide access to rented space 24 hours a day. The park also offers a vast car park for employees and guests.

Żerań Park I is located in the Central District of Warehouse Space in Warsaw. Situated close to transit roads and expressways S8 and S7, and having the new Marii Curie-Skłodowska’s bridge in proximity, means there is excellent access from all parts of the country. Another advantage of Żerań Park’s location is the nearby A2 highway (15 km), assuring a quick link with Poznan (3h / 300 km) and some of the largest European capitals – from Berlin (5h 30 min / 565 km) through to Lisbon. Additionally, 6 tram lines and a few bus routes provide a perfect public transport commute from various parts of Warsaw.
