TVN24 broadcasted the “Polska i Świat” program about the provisions of Electoral Code which ban election committees from broadcasting paid advertising spots on television.

TVN24 asked Miroslaw Obarski, from PR consultants agency, who is going to gain most from the ban. The advantage is on the side of those politicians, who are able to effectively use alternative ways of agitation, especially the online tools, Obarski noticed. – The Internet campaign is going to be most profitable to those, who will have the best idea for the campaign and who will make Internet users believe them – Miroslaw Obarski said.

The first to resign from traditional campaign was SLD who published an online game in which we are supposed to fit as many people as possible on a crowded train before it departs. This way, SLD wants to present their rail modernisation program. But is this enough?

Yesterday, The Constitutional Court ruled that the ban on using billboards and paid advertising spots is unconstitutional.
